Quotes & pricing

Prices quoted over the phone or in writing are fixed, unless the work on arrival differs materially from what was described.

You agree to provide safe access to the property and bins on the agreed date.

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed.

If you're not happy with the work, tell us within 48 hours and we'll put it right.
